  • Regulatory Compliance: Uphold the standards set by the CQC and GDC, ensuring all clinical and administrative procedures are followed to maintain high standards of care and patient safety.
  • Mentorship & Training: Support, mentor, and assist in the training of trainee dental nurses, helping to develop their skills and ensure they are meeting practice standards. Share your knowledge and experience to help grow the next generation of dental professionals.
  • Practice Development: Get involved in promoting the clinic’s online presence through creating engaging content for social media and assisting with other marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to influence the growth and visibility of the practice.
  • IT & Software: Utilise practice management software (EXACT or similar) with ease to maintain patient records, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks efficiently. Knowledge of SOE (Software of Excellence) is highly desirable.

What We Offer:

  • GDC Registration Fees: We’ll cover your GDC registration fees to ensure your credentials are always up to date.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Access to a funded CPD program, offering you the resources and training to continue your professional growth and stay ahead in your career.
